At first meeting, WW doesn’t realize the professor has used cybernetic implants to boost his abilities and is exponentially stronger than WW. She regroups, trains, and engages him a second time. Expecting a different result seems foolish, but her hubris won’t let her stay away. The Professor demonstrates a case study on how to dismantle a heroine, and would likely keep going if not for the thugs showing up with their own score to settle. One targeted EMP blast later, and the thugs have a weak and docile heroine to do whatever they want.
